The Sunday News reports that Cricket Kenya and Zimbabwe Cricket are close to agreeing a tour by the Kenyans, to take place in December. According to the paper, the 3 ODI series is set to be played in Bulawayo. More details once the tour is officially confirmed.

Once political issues are sorted out back home, I'd expect to see us back in the South African domestic competitions - we usually have a development side, Zimbabwe Provinces, in the SAA Provincial competitions (2nd-tier First Class & List A tourneys), and last season the Chevrons (somewhere between an 'A' side and the full international team) played in the top-tier franchise competitions. Not a runner at the moment because of the chaos, but it's good experience for the boys and a key plank in the development programme.
We've also had an 'A' side in India's Duleep Trophy a few years back, which I'd like to see repeated...
