Zimbabwe 'A' to Play in Africa Premier League

Zimbabwe 'A' are slated to appear in the Africa Cricket Association's new development league, the Africa Premier League. The inaugural season of the new league kicks off in April next year, and will feature South Africa A, Zimbabwe A, Kenya, Uganda, Namibia, Tanzania, Zambia and possible a combined West African side. The aim of the tournament is to aid the development of regional affiliate and associate sides, so the main benefit for Zimbabwe will be the opportunity to experiment with the side, but it's good to see ZC lending a hand to other nation instead of the other way around.
